Vincenzo 'Enzo' Clemente is the President and CEO of Cross River Fiber. In 2011, Clemente founded Cross River Fiber bringing more than 15 years of management, network design, right of way, and construction experience to the company. Clemente's technical expertise coupled with an entrepreneurial spirit has lead his success at a number of Competitive Local Exchange Carriers and Telecommunications construction businesses throughout the New York and New Jersey metro markets. As President and CEO of Cross River Fiber, Clemente is at the helm of a cutting-edge, boutique dark fiber service company that is building alternative bandwidth and communication solutions for New Jersey-based enterprise businesses, telecom carriers, healthcare organizations, government and educational institutions, and financial companies that require fortified and scalable connectivity options. |
Prior to launching Cross River Fiber, Clemente was the Director, OSP Design and Construction for Optimum Lightpath where he was instrumental in architecting network solutions to meet the needs of major commercial businesses throughout the New York and New Jersey metro markets. Before joining Optimum Lightpath, Clemente was the VP Operations at 4Connections LLC, a N.J. based CLEC that constructed and operated an independent Dark Fiber network throughout the Garden State. Clemente's leadership style, rooted in a true tactical fashion, creates a positive culture with a focus on implementing solutions both creatively and effectively.
Clemente has led a number of teams that have designed and constructed 1,000's of fiber route miles throughout New Jersey. He has brought together a winning and proven team to continue in his mission to create advanced fiber networks that use the latest technology while ensuring ultra-reliable and secure connectivity that is required by the most discerning service provider and enterprise organizations. Clemente holds a degree in Telecommunications Management from DeVry University and is considered a rising star and leading entrepreneur in the telecommunications industry. |

MICHAEL SEVRET – Executive Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer |

Michael Sevret is the Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer for Cross River Fiber. As a telecom veteran with a proven track record that spans more than 15 years, Sevret's sales leadership and executive management experience is intrinsically valuable to his role at Cross River Fiber where he leads the strategic vision and business development functions of the organization. Prior to joining Cross River Fiber, Sevret was the Regional Vice President of Sales for Optimum Lightpath where he lead a team of 35 sales representatives with responsibility for the overall sales initiatives including maintaining a P&L based on sales revenues and forecast objectives. Sevret's experience and market savvy provided him a platform to focus on core sales strategies that exceeded the company's sales metrics and goals. With knowledge and relationships spanning New Jersey's leading vertical markets, Sevret has extensive experience with major enterprises, financials, government, healthcare and education sectors. |
Prior to joining Optimum Lightpath in 2008, when the company acquired 4Connections, Sevret was the Vice President of Sales and Business Development and a key Executive Principal with 4Connections, LLC. 4Connections was an entrepreneurial niche N.J. based CLEC/telecommunications start-up that constructed, owned and operated its own independent Dark Fiber network assets. Sevret began his career in the telecom industry with MCI Worldcom in 1999 where he quickly established himself as a successful sales leader capable of achieving incredible results.
Sevret has earned multiple top honor sales awards, achievements and certificates of management and leadership training, and has demonstrated excellence throughout his career. Sevret has a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Western New England College where he also played football.

JAMES MARTINI – Chief Financial Officer
James Martini is the Chief Financial Officer for Cross River Fiber. Martini brings a wealth of experience to the company previously serving as the CFO of 4Connections where he played an instrumental role in the company's sale to Optimum Lightpath in 2008. With decades of experience in private accounting practices as well as telecom companies, Martini's illustrious career brings tremendous insights, accounting leadership skills and strong management experience to his role at Cross River Fiber. Martini began his career as a certified public accountant working for both small and large public accounting firms. In 1984 Martini founded his own accounting practice where he operated a successful business for over twenty years. In 2000 Martini took an equity interest in 4Connections, where he served on the executive management team contributing to every aspect of the business from operations to contract negotiations and the eventual sale of the company. During his time working in the corporate world, Martini also served as an associated professor of accounting and tax at Montclair State University for five years. He is a graduate of Bryant College with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Taxation.

WHAT DOES CROSS RIVER FIBER DO?
Our niche is developing unique and alternate dark fiber optic infrastructure for commercial and carrier businesses. With years of experience in telecommunications construction and right-of-way management, we are a service provider who owns and operates an independent, unique fiber optic network and offer a variety of lease and IRU options to our clients for use of our network.

DOES CROSS RIVER FIBER OWN AND MAINTAIN ITS NETWORK?
Yes, we own and maintain our network. Cross River Fiber is a NJ based CLEC regulated by the Board of Public Utilities to provide telecommunications services. In addition, we act in accordance to any rules or regulations set forth by governing bodies. It is our obligation as a provider and per our SLA’s to restore our customer’s services due to a fiber optic outage or relocation.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROVISION NEW SERVICES?
Every network deployment is different from the other. Cross River Fiber prides itself on being predictable and consistent when providing project status and delivery dates. We’ve set the bar high to keep our clients informed and getting their service. We are a small organization and therefore we cut through the red tape, create solutions, and get the job done. Prior to signing a contract, our clients will be given an estimated delivery interval so they can plan their own internal network architecture accordingly.
